·   Old Townhouse Restaurant - You can’t go to George and not have dinner at this fantastic
    restaurant. The Old Townhouse is housed in the original George Town Meeting Hall, built 
    in 1848! The building has been a Restaurant since 1976 and hosts, Janet and Bryan have 
    spent the last 10 years creating a warm and friendly atmosphere in this cosy corner of

·   Outeniqua Power Van - Jump on board this motorized trolley in George and wind your
    Way through the lush Outeniqua Mountains and set your eyes on waterfalls, scenic

·   Quad Biking - If you’re not quite ready to jump onto the back of a motorbike, but want
    something a little more adventurous than a 4x4 there’s really nothing better than Quad

·   The Strawberry Express - Train enthusiasts have one more reason to visit George. The
    Strawberry Express is a miniature steam train at the Rebberry Farm and Farm Stall. You
    can also pick your own strawberries and there are Pony rides, Bubble Ball and other

·   Golf at Fancourt - Fancourt in George features three highly rated premier golf courses. 
·   George Outeniqua Transport Museum - Houses a large collection of steam locomotives

Wilderness:
·   Abseiling Kaaimans Gorge -  The serene Kaaimans Gorge holds one of the most
    beautiful abseil sights you will find. You have a chance to do two 45m right next to a
    magnificent waterfall. The first abseil is an easy one to get you used to the idea of trusting 
    the ropes and the second one is slightly more technical however just as exhilarating.
